The staff of OceanCity-NJ.com routinely takes photographs of people on the Ocean City beaches, Ocean City boardwalk, and other locations around town. We routinely post these photographs online. We take reasonable care to ask permission, in advance ... but this is not always possible. Upon written request, we will happily remove any photo in which you appear within 48 hours. These photos are the property of OceanCity-NJ.com. Any duplication or use of these photos without expressed written consent of OceanCity-NJ.com is expressly forbidden.
